Shipping & Delivery Policy

At King’s Bar, our delivery team carefully handles the packing and transportation of every order to help ensure your products arrive safely and in good condition at your doorstep.

Standard Delivery

• Orders above $100: FREE delivery
• Orders below $100: $5 delivery fee
• Delivery hours: 12 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Saturday
• No regular delivery service on Sundays unless specially arranged.

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, festive seasons, major sales events or periods of unusually high order volume. We appreciate your understanding while our team works to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Tips to Avoid Failed Deliveries

To ensure a smooth delivery:

• Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including your unit number where applicable.
• Please provide a valid and reachable contact number.
• After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our store/warehouse and will be available for self-collection.
• We are unable to accommodate specific delivery timings for Free Delivery orders.
• If you will not be available during the delivery window of 12 PM – 10 PM, please contact King’s Bar at 8959 3700, sales@kingsbar.com.sg or hello@kingsbar.com.sg.
• If you authorise us to leave your order at a designated location such as an HDB riser, shoe rack or other safe area, please inform us beforehand.

Please note that any request to leave an order unattended is subject to our delivery team's discretion and applicable alcohol delivery requirements.

Next Day Delivery

Need your drinks the next day? Choose our Next Day Delivery option for $9.

• Orders must be placed before 4 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 4 PM will be scheduled for the following available delivery day.
• Orders placed on Saturday before 1 PM will be delivered on Monday.
• Orders placed after 1 PM on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
• Delivery schedules may be affected by public holidays and peak periods.

Express Alcohol Delivery — Within 2 Hours

Need your order urgently? Our 2-Hour Express Delivery service is available at $21.99.

• Express Delivery is not normally available on Sundays or public holidays.
• This option can be selected during checkout where available.
• Wine and Champagne are not available for this service.
• Weekday orders must be placed before 6 PM.
• Saturday orders must be placed before 1 PM.
• The 2-hour delivery period begins once the order has been confirmed and accepted for Express Delivery.

Special arrangements for Express or Same-Day Delivery on Sundays and public holidays may be available subject to availability and additional surcharges. Please contact us at 8959 3700, sales@kingsbar.com.sg or hello@kingsbar.com.sg before placing your order.

Same Day Alcohol Delivery

Need your drinks today? Choose our Same Day Delivery service for $14.

• Orders must be placed before 10 AM to qualify for Same Day Delivery.
• Same Day Delivery can be selected during checkout where available.
• Wine and Champagne are not available for this service.
• Same Day Delivery is subject to delivery capacity and availability.

Public Holiday Delivery

Delivery on public holidays is subject to availability.

• A $40 additional surcharge applies to public holiday deliveries.
• Please contact 8959 3700, sales@kingsbar.com.sg or hello@kingsbar.com.sg to make arrangements.
• Public holiday delivery requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Self-Collection

Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our warehouse.

• Self-collection must be selected during checkout where available.
• Please bring a valid identification document when collecting your order.
• Please contact our team to confirm that your order is ready before travelling to the collection location.

Self-Collection Hours

Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
Sunday: Closed

Delivery Disclaimer

• King’s Bar reserves the right to adjust or deviate from estimated delivery timings due to circumstances such as traffic, weather, operational issues, peak periods or other situations beyond our reasonable control.
• King’s Bar reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where necessary.
• Certain locations in Singapore may be excluded from delivery or may require additional arrangements.
• Delivery services are subject to availability.
• All sales are final, and cancellations, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect purchases, subject to applicable consumer rights.
• Customers should check their products carefully and contact our team before purchasing if they have any questions regarding a product, vintage, size, edition or other specific requirement.

Alcohol Delivery Requirements

• Alcohol deliveries must be received by a person who is 18 years old or above.
• Our team or delivery personnel may request a valid photo identification document to verify the recipient’s age.
• King’s Bar complies with applicable Singapore laws and regulations relating to the sale, supply and delivery of alcoholic beverages.
• Alcohol may not be delivered to restricted public areas or at times prohibited under applicable regulations.
• King’s Bar reserves the right to refuse or withhold delivery where the recipient cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, appears intoxicated, behaves in an abusive or threatening manner, or where completing the delivery may breach applicable laws or regulations.
