Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy

At King’s Bar, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, unwanted gifts, or purchases made in error.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure about a product, bottle size, vintage, edition, packaging or any other detail, please contact our team before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will assist where an item:

  • arrives damaged due to handling or delivery under our responsibility;
  • is materially different from the item ordered; or
  • is otherwise defective or does not conform to the order.

Where reasonably possible, customers should inspect their order carefully upon delivery before accepting it. Any visible damage, leakage, broken bottles, damaged seals or incorrect items should be brought to the delivery staff’s attention immediately.

For claims discovered after delivery, please contact King’s Bar as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

  • your order number;
  • clear photographs or video of the item and packaging; and
  • a description of the issue.

Please do not dispose of, open, consume or alter the affected product until our team has reviewed the claim, unless necessary for safety.

Where a claim is accepted, King’s Bar may provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, exchange, partial refund or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds or exchanges because:

  • the customer ordered the wrong product;
  • the customer no longer wants the item;
  • the customer prefers another brand, flavour or expression;
  • the price changes after purchase;
  • the product is available elsewhere at a different price; or
  • the customer failed to check the product information before ordering.

Important

Acceptance of delivery does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law. Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act provides remedies for certain goods that do not conform to the applicable contract.
