The 3055 name pays tribute to Jean Leon’s early days as a taxi driver in New York, whose taxi licence number was 3055.

Bright and youthful, the wine displays prominent aromas of pineapple and citrus alongside fresh white fruit. On the palate, it is voluptuous and well-balanced, with refreshing acidity and a long, harmonious finish. The current 2024 technical sheet states that the wine is aged on its own lees in stainless-steel tanks for four months.
