Description
The Hiramatsu brand of Japanese Sake is a brand aimed at “Local Sake in Fukuoka Prefecture”. Made with 1401 yeast to create a rich and slightly spicy liquor. Originally 70% pure rice’s sake. Due to the nature of Yamada Nishiki produced by our exclusive farmers, we polished it with the decision that it can express the above liquor quality by polishing it by 5% to reduce the taste of the product.
